“After graduating from Syracuse University in 2000, I moved back to my hometown, Rochester, NY. My father was holding paper on several properties. When his payments started to become sparse, he pulled the paper. He then made it my responsibility to manage, assess, repair, fill vacancies, re-write leases, and even renovate a completely burned out unit.

We flipped a few and held the rest. That was 17 years ago! After being thrown into the property management mix, I learned to love the challenges it presented. I loved not only helping people find apartments and homes, but also completing all the various projects.

I started Bell Property Solutions, figuring if my father needed help with tenant placement, collecting & depositing rent, and service calls, that other people must need help too. I pride myself on an honest approach to property management. I understand that the most important facet is making the owners money and maintaining the property to ensure a rise in value. I only do service calls when needed!
