Bell Property Solutions never makes any non-emergency repairs with costs exceeding your predetermined limit amount. Our staff is available 24-7 in the event of an emergency, and will handle these situations will a rapid response and honest compassion.

We conduct background checks with previous and current landlords and analyze tenant’s pay habits and behavior.
