Bell Property Solutions never makes any non-emergency repairs with costs exceeding your predetermined limit amount. Our staff is available 24-7 in the event of an emergency, and will handle these situations will a rapid response and honest compassion.
Tenant Screening

We conduct background checks with previous and current landlords and analyze tenant’s pay habits and behavior. We also conduct criminal, credit, and eviction background checks to ensure peace of mind for our clients. We understand the importance of responsible tenants and the affect it has on your ROI.
Our tenant screening process also benefits the tenants themselves. Knowing the property owner goes through such lengths to protect the rental community from high-risk tenants makes for a more pleasurable experience for your tenants.
Rent Collection

We take rent collection very seriously and we consider it one of our top priorities. Rent is due on the 1st of each month (unless specified otherwise by you) and is considered late if not paid by the 5th. In any event that the rent is unpaid by the 5th, we provide the tenant with a 3-day notice.
If the tenant does not take any action within the 3 days, we will then begin the eviction process. This is a rare occurrence given the strict screening process we conduct on each, and every tenant.
Eviction Protection

Although our screening process is very thorough, it is possible that the greatest of tenants can fall on hard times. This is usually due to some unforeseen events, such as job loss, divorce/breakups, and health related problems. When this happens, it can lead to a large amount of loss for the property owner (time, money, and sleep for that matter). Bell Property Solutions takes care of the entire process for you, including court appearances, curbside placement of tenant possessions, and locksmith costs.
